Erfolg provides world class grinding services including Internal (ID) and External (OD) CNC precision grinding, Flat Lapping and Polishing, Precision Centerless grinding, Internal (ID) Honing, Thread and Worm Gear grinding, Surface, Blanchard, and Dedtru grinding. Our customers list is very diverse from a leading manufacturer of rotary unions (rotating unions) to a custom gears manufacturer to the one-man shop with a broken spindle or center trying to have it repaired.
Erfolg International’s scope includes Precision Grinding, Flat Lapping, and Honing. We provide the following services:
• CNC Internal (ID) Grinding: from .250” to 18” in diameter by 14 inches deep.
• CNC External (OD) Grinding: 032 to 18 inch diameter by 60 inches long.
• Precision Centerless grinding (Infeed, Thrufeed and Profile): from .100 to 4.500 inch Diameter by 18 inches long
• Flat Lapping and Polishing: From .250 to 24 inch diameter by 3.750 inches thick, depending on application
• Surface and Dedtru grinding: From 12' Wide to 24' in Length.
• Blanchard and Rotary Grinding: From 20' to 12' Thick
• Internal Honing: From .100 to 14 inch diameter by 78 inches long.
• Thread and Worm Gear grinding: From .125 to 12' Diameter and up to 45' in Length.
